In der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft der Globob AG wird ein kleines einstöckiges Schnellbauhaus errichtet. Es ist der Arbeitsplatz einer Handvoll Leute, die hier halbtags als Smackwadda-Firmenhauptsitz agieren.
